Sundance Flying Club - Airplane Scheduling

Website Help

Using the Sundance Flying Club scheduling website is easy. The first step is to schedule an airplane on ScheduleMaster. ScheduleMaster is our new scheduling system which combines the airplanes from Shoreline with our fleet. Take a while and explore its capabilities. Do note that you can view the squawk status of the airplanes!

Then, when you are ready to fly, log in on this page using the same user name and id as for ScheduleMaster. If you do not get a series of new menu items, click on Website Help and try again.

Next, click on the Take a Plane link to check the plane out. You can select which ScheduleMaster schedule you want to check out. Review the summary information and then hit "Go Fly!" to check the airplane out.

When you return from your flight, log in again and click the Return a Plane link. You'll be asked for the airplane's Hobbs and tach times and the website will determine the rate depending on the scheduled time and actual check in/out time.
There are a number of optional costs/extras you can enter. These include

*(please explain any discounts in the billing comments box).

All these amounts are entered as positive numbers. They will be added or subtracted as appropriate. Note that the billing comments box is NOT the place for airplane squawks, those go to ScheduleMaster.

If you want a printed record of this flight, click on the Print button before you select a payment option.

You have four payment options when you return a plane:

You can pay your unpaid rentals from the Rentals / Payments page when convenient for you.

If you forget to check the plane out, when you return check it out and immediately check it back in.

If you have any problems whatsoever when you return the plane, go ahead and choose 'Pay Later' and send Evan an email. We will straighten everything out. Sometimes retrieving the record for your current flight is slow. Under those circumstances your session may time out. If this happens, simply log in and try again.

Please email the office with any comments, complaints, suggestions, or bug reports about the website.
